Radiology Department Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Administrator to join our Radiology Department at Nuffield Health Oxford Hospital. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities- Build positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners through effective communication and empathy.
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the department, including preparing clinical paperwork and referral forms.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, booking appointments, and welcoming patients.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and sympathetic manner.
- Proven experience in a healthcare administration or reception environment, with a strong understanding of clinical procedures and protocols.
- Good IT and keyboard skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
