Project Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Finance Manager to join our Renewables Financial Control team in Glasgow or Perth.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Project Financial Control team, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of all aspects of general accounting, period end closing, and reporting activities.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on establishing best practice in reporting and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Owning all aspects of financial management and control for the project, including month end, half year, and year end processes.
- Preparing and reviewing management and statutory accounts, as well as preparing audit papers as required.
- Managing, developing, and coaching JV accountants and analysts, providing support and leadership as needed.
- Producing presentations and communications on project financial matters for stakeholders, including reporting on construction budgets and analyzing variances.
- Managing the process for drawing down funds from senior lenders and shareholders, engaging with third-party project finance lenders as necessary.
- Coordinating tax and accounting advice to support the needs of the project's commercial and finance teams.
