About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at The Ivy Collection. As a Private Dining Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless running of our private dining rooms, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the private dining rooms
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded
  • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all aspects of the private dining experience
  • Work closely with the kitchen brigade to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service
  • Report to the Restaurant Manager and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant
Requirements
  • At least 1+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Professional approach to service excellence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
