As a Senior Paraplanner, you will play a critical role in supporting our Wealth Planners in delivering high-quality financial planning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on a wide range of financial planning products and services, including pensions, life insurance, tax planning, and investment management.
  • Prepare high-quality suitability reports and other documentation, adhering to our company's processes and compliance framework.
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced paraplanners, contributing to process improvements and coaching junior team members.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Planners to deliver complex financial planning advice, ensuring client-centric solutions.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a Paraplanning role within a Financial Planning company.
  • Chartered status or working towards it.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members.
