About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment for students with complex needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supporting the planning and delivery of lessons in Art, PSHE, and other subjects
  2. Working closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans
  3. Providing one-to-one support to students with complex needs
  4. Contributing to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress
Requirements
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above
  • Experience working with young people with special educational needs (SEND)
  • Ability to deliver engaging and interactive lessons
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
