Job Overview

Location: Hale, Cheshire
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, variable shifts including some weekends (5 days a week)
Salary: Competitive, reflecting your skills and experience

Hale Country Club & Spa is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Spa Manager to join our team. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and uphold spa and treatment standards, implementing training as necessary.
  2. Support the Spa Manager in daily tasks and driving team performance.
  3. Deliver exceptional treatments and host spa guests with the utmost professionalism.
  4. Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  5. Adhere to brand standards and ensure compliance.
  6. Manage ordering and stock taking.
  7. Handle client bookings and phone inquiries.
  8. Achieve treatment and retail targets.
  9. Possess extensive knowledge of our brands.
  10. Conduct team training and inductions.

Requirements

  1. Specific experience in a spa/health club environment.
  2. Qualified to NVQ level 3 in beauty therapy or equivalent.
  3. Training in ESPA products and treatments or similar
  4. Impeccable attention to detail with a strong customer service background.
  5. Proven ability to work as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills.
  6. Natural leadership qualities.
