About the Job

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our engineering department at LOCALiQ.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and repairs on our heavy plant and machinery equipment and electrical installations.

This position involves shift working, including weekends and on-call, and applicants should be able to work at height.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and experience working on LV electrical distribution systems, PLCs and automated control systems.

The salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience of working on LV electrical distribution systems, PLCs and automated control systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
