We are currently seeking a Homecare Assistant Leader to join our team in Bradford, who will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.

The successful candidate will have experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments for service users, with the ability to develop and implement individual care plans that meet their unique needs. They will also provide support with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks, as well as assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

We offer a competitive salary of £12,650 per annum, plus 25p per mile for travel expenses. Our benefits package includes enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for Blue Light Card discounts.

As a Homecare Assistant Leader, you will work closely with our dedicated team to provide high-quality care to our clients. You will be based in Bradford and will require reliable transportation to visit clients in their homes.
