Job Title: Shift Supervisor

We're looking for a skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team at the Salisbury Arms. As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team that provides excellent service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our pub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of servers and bartenders to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Act as a host, serving guests and confidently leading your team.
  • Be a role model for your team, helping with their training and development.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the pub.
