We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at GoHenry. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide excellent service to our members.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
* Ensure that customer service representatives are meeting their performance targets and providing excellent service to our members
* Identify and address any issues or concerns that may be affecting customer service performance
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure that customer service is aligned with business objectives
Requirements
* Proven experience in supervising a team in a customer-facing environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
