We are seeking a skilled Photocopier Technician to join our team at Transform Recruitment UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services for a range of photocopier and print equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on photocopiers and other print equipment
- Install and configure print drivers on workstations and servers
- Set up scan to email and scan to folder functions
- Have a basic knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Experience with PaperCut print management solutions is a plus
- Perform installations of new equipment at customer sites
- Attend training courses at Sharp or other applicable suppliers
- 5 years of experience in photocopier maintenance
- Knowledge of Sharp, Konica, Minolta, Lexmark, and Riso equipment
- IT and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
