Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Financial Director to lead our team of Accountants and Finance staff. This role involves providing leadership and direction to ensure a high-quality finance service is provided to colleagues across the service.
The ideal candidate will have a Professional Accountancy Qualification, be a member of a professional CCAB body, and have substantial Finance experience in Financial Planning, Control and Reporting as well as leading change management projects.
About the Role
As a key member of our Finance leadership team, you will work closely with senior leaders across the organisation to develop and implement both revenue and capital financial plans aligned to the strategic priorities of the service.
You will provide expert technical advice to colleagues and stakeholders on viability and funding strategies, ensuring strong governance and compliance standards are maintained.

Requirements

A salary of £64,072 - £71,204 per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving organisational performance and financial sustainability.
