Technical Lead for AI-Powered Book Creation Platform
Experis UK is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to spearhead the development of their new AI-enhanced book creation platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and project management, with expertise in AI technologies and native Apple application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver a cutting-edge platform that integrates AI assistance throughout the book creation process.
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance the book creation experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record in leading the development of complex software projects from conception to launch.
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in Java and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
- Experience with frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Strong knowledge of native Apple development using Swift and SwiftUI.
- Familiarity with Apple's AI frameworks, including Core ML and Create ML.
Project Management Skills
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Certified Scrum Master.
- Experience in developing AI-driven applications or platforms.
