Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the EUC Team to deliver effective support and solutions.
  • Participate in organization-wide initiatives and address service requests using expert knowledge in accordance with established protocols.
  • Respond to user inquiries for assistance; diagnose issues and challenges, devise solutions; perform repairs on equipment and coordinate additional service requirements as necessary.
  • Oversee hardware inventory for designated contracts, including management of internal assets.
  • Maintain and update the internal asset registry.
  • Conduct evaluations of customer hardware.
  • Execute pre-deployment configurations on a range of end-user devices.
  • Leverage Microsoft 365 Services and other third-party applications, such as Autopilot and InTune, to streamline customer and internal device rollouts.
  • Coordinate logistics with courier services for the distribution and collection of equipment across the organization.
  • Ensure timely and precise completion of timesheets, with an understanding of billable activities.
  • Continuously assess and enhance team workflows and procedures.

General Duties:

  • Contribute to ongoing functional development and strategic work planning.
  • Set personal performance goals and work towards them in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Participate actively in both internal and external meetings and events as required.
