Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Warehouse Operative to join our team at Proman. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing orders to meet customer demands
  • Loading and unloading containers to maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment
  • Quality checking products to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Replenishing stock levels to prevent stockouts and optimize inventory

Working Hours:

We offer two shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm, and Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm. You will be required to work a 40-hour week, with the option to work overtime at a rate of £17.61 per hour.

Pay Rates:

We offer competitive pay rates, with £11.74 per hour for the 6am-2pm shift and £13.27 per hour for the 4.45pm-10pm shift. Overtime is paid at £17.61 per hour.

Benefits:

We offer a range of benefits, including a weekly paid 40-hour week, opportunities for overtime, and a competitive pay rate.
