Financial Analyst Contract Position

The role is for a 12-6 month contract for a Management Accountant to work 3-4 days a week.

Duties:
  • Help produce the month-end accounts.
  • Manage the payroll for two entities.
  • General ad-hoc reporting.
  • Daily bank reconciliation, on spreadsheet and Sage - cash flow spreadsheet to be kept up to date.
  • Payments - weekly E+, Euro payment, Sage supplier payment/payroll, Pension and HMRC.
  • Supplier invoice - ensure the invoices are approved if required, print and email to auto entry - update Education Finance spreadsheet to ensure the invoices are ok to process.
  • Sage Cloud50 - all accounting duties, including VAT and monthly management accounts.
  • Invoices - reconcile the co-investment spreadsheet and invoice through Sage.
  • Management accounts - accruals, prepayment, reconciliation and set of accounts.
  • Holidays - keep track of all holidays, ensure holiday calendar and spreadsheet is up to date.
  • Sage payroll - monthly staff, prepare journal for Sage posting.
