Nurse Care Specialist

A highly skilled Registered Nurse is required to work in a leading care home in the West Midlands area. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to older people with challenging behaviour in a spacious, modern, and homely environment.
The ideal candidate will have a current active NMC Pin and a minimum of 6 to 12 months nursing experience. They will be passionate about delivering person-centred care and have up-to-date clinical practices. The successful candidate will also have evidence of continual professional development and be able to provide excellent clinical support and supervision to their team.
The role offers a competitive salary of £20.44 per hour and an annual salary of £51,018.24. The benefits package includes 35 days annual leave, company maternity pay, bank holiday enhancements, and individualised professional development programmes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible standards of care, assessing residents' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance their quality of life. They will also oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensure all elements of resident experience are positive, and promote a cohesive team approach.
