Job Title: GSE Mechanic

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled GSE Mechanic to join our team at Menzies Aviation. As a GSE Mechanic, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient repair and rebuilding of airport service vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and identify defective or broken parts on vehicles and make repairs to gas/diesel engines, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Perform daily equipment checks (DECs) and ensure all vehicles and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) are in good working condition.
  • Repair and replace tires and wheels, and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual quality control checks on equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, and report any accidents or incidents to supervisors.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of mechanical experience
  • Valid US driver's license
  • Able to lift and move up to 70 pounds
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
