Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to support our teachers in delivering an exceptional educational experience to our students. As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers in preparing and delivering lessons
  • Supporting students with their learning activities and helping them achieve their full potential
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who require extra help
  • Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Managing classroom behaviour
  • Participating in school activities and events as required
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of a C grade in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of young learners
  • A Child-Only Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
