Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanner to join our team at Click and Connect Online Limited. As a Paraplanner, you will play a critical role in supporting our Financial Advisors in providing exceptional financial planning services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop comprehensive financial plans for clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and other documents to support client meetings and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the Financial Advisors.
- Provide exceptional support to the Financial Advisors in all aspects of client service, including research, data analysis, and document preparation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paraplanner in the wealth management industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial planning services.
- Industry-leading qualifications such as Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in financial planning principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
