Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a Luxury Pan Asian Restaurant in Essex, London. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling, and staff performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Manage budgets and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations
