SEND Support Worker Job Vacancy

We are seeking a highly dedicated and compassionate SEND Support Worker to join our team at Career Teachers. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with students with special educational needs and make a lasting impact on their lives.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support for students with special needs. You will assist students with daily activities, including personal care and mobility, and support the implementation of IEPs and BSPs.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to identify and address student needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this SEND Support Worker role, you will need:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., special education, childcare, or related area).
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs.
