Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to support the academic and personal development of students in our team as an Education Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and young people, an understanding of the CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Role: Education Assistant, Level 3 Cache
- Location: Dartford
- Employment Type: Full-time, part-time, or flexible opportunities available
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting students with their academic and personal development
- Assisting teachers in the classroom with lesson delivery and student activities
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
A competitive salary of £85-£90 per day, depending on experience and qualifications, is offered along with additional benefits.
