Mental Health Advocate Coordinator

As a Mental Health Advocate Coordinator, you will be working closely with customers who require support with complex mental health needs. Your primary goal will be to help them live more independently and achieve their aspirations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborating with customers to create personalized support plans
* Coordinating Support Workers to ensure effective delivery of care
* Conducting regular reviews and updating support plans as needed
Key Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers
* Strong organizational and time management skills
