Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring familiarity with our premium product range, and driving sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet and serve all customers, providing a friendly and memorable experience.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via various channels.
  • Provide accurate information and advice to customers on sales and customer service matters.
  • Process orders electronically and maintain accurate records.
  • Schedule client appointments using our client management system tools.
  • Support the running of the store to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
  • Experience working in an optician or relevant retail environment.
  • Natural passion for eyewear and selling luxury products preferred.
  • Ability to style frames and sunglasses with consideration to fitting the face immaculately.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good IT literacy and ability to learn new software.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
  • Flexible working style with a willingness to learn, improve, and adapt.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
