Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Safeguarding Advisor to support our learners and adults through challenging situations. The successful candidate will provide advice and guidance to teaching teams and faculty staff, ensuring they meet statutory requirements and follow best practices.

Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive records, handling confidential information, and building trust with families and colleagues. A strong understanding of safeguarding policies and regulations is essential for this role.

We require a qualified individual with a Level 3 qualification and recent Advanced Safeguarding training. Previous experience in social work, youth work, or a care setting is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on experience, and access to a range of employee benefits.
