Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Electrical Engineer - Nuclear Facilities to join our team. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring electrical safety services in support of operational and capital requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plant Operations: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
  • Safety Services: Deliver high-quality safety services to meet customer needs.
  • Engineering Support: Provide engineering support to ensure the design, construction, and operation of electrical systems are safe and efficient.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance with electrical safety engineering legislation and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of electrical engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Electrical Engineering Degree: Hold a recognised Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional Membership: Be a member of a professional institution such as IET or IEEE.
  • Nuclear Industry Experience: Have relevant experience in the nuclear industry, preferably in a similar role.
