Pool and Activities Manager Job Description

Are you a charismatic leader with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences? Do you have a knack for managing teams and delivering exceptional results? We're looking for a talented Pool and Activities Manager to join our fantastic leisure team at Parkdean Resorts.

About the Role

As a Pool and Activities Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests and team members. You'll lead a team of lifeguards and activities staff, providing training and support to ensure they're equipped to deliver an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety of customers, team members, and equipment
  • Maintain team member effectiveness through excellent induction and ongoing training
  • Deliver the sports and leisure programme to the highest standard
  • Ensure the good working order of all pool and plant equipment
  • Plan, implement, and monitor winter close and summer opening procedures
  • Ensure all lifeguards are fully trained to the required legal standard
