Marketing Director

At Charlotte James Associates, we are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and contribute to the company's success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.

2. Work closely with the sales and telesales functions to maximize resources and positively influence sales.

3. Oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency with the brand image and targeting the intended audience.

4. Contribute to product/service development and new product/service launches, collaborating with internal teams and providing insights into market demands.

5. Manage budgets and resources, ensuring effective use of resources to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.

6. Influence pricing strategies and overall brand awareness, contributing to pricing strategies based on market analysis.

Requirements:

• Digital marketing skills, including proficiency in online marketing areas such as social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and Google Ads.

• Analytical skills, including data analysis and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.

• Project management abilities, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.

• Marketing technology (MarTech) proficiency, including knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

• Graphic design skills, including the ability to create visually appealing marketing materials.

• Sales mentality, with a focus on maximizing sales and profits for the company.

• Essential soft skills, including strong communication, creativity, adaptability, leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills.

Education and Experience:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related discipline, ideally with a master's degree in marketing or a related field. Five or more years of experience in a similar marketing role, with experience in the renewable energy sector being advantageous.
