The Elizabeth School of London is seeking a highly skilled Senior Teaching Fellow to join our team as Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Computing.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading higher education provider, teaching and researching in the field of computing, as well as mentoring colleagues to ensure the highest standards in teaching and learning.

A salary of £30,000 - £55,000 per year is available, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Research: Teach and research in the field of computing, engaging in advanced research activities and contributing to the academic profile of ESL.
  • Mentoring and Leadership: Guide and mentor colleagues to enhance the quality of provision, providing leadership in the curriculum area.
  • Programme Development: Take a lead role in the development, management, and review of academic programmes within the curriculum area.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Hold a doctoral qualification in a relevant subject area (Senior Lecturer Only), Master's degree in a relevant subject area (Min requirement for Lecturer).
  • Experience: 4 years' experience in teaching at HE level in the UK (Senior Lecturer), previous lecturing experience for similar courses at the Higher Education level.
  • Skills: Proficiency in utilising Blackboard/VLEs, MS Teams, and Zoom, native speaker of English or, if not, have current IELTS 7.5 Academic Certification.
