Deputy Manager Opportunity in Adult Care

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager and ensuring high standards of clinical and personal support for individuals in the service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Registered Manager in daily operations
  • Monitoring and maintaining high standards of clinical and personal support
  • Assisting with managing and ensuring the delivery of key quality and safety priorities
  • Leading and supervising a team of Support Workers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities
  • Strong IT skills and experience maintaining records
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or an acceptable equivalent)
