Job Title: CDM Consultant - Construction Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CDM Consultant to join our team at Brandon James. As a CDM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the PD as well as acting as PD. You will work closely with a team of CDM Advisors & Architects to deliver technical projects and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the PD and act as PD on various projects
  • Work closely with CDM Advisors & Architects to deliver technical projects
  • Ensure client satisfaction through excellent communication and project management skills

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction qualification
  • Technical IOSH qualification
  • APS membership (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a CDM role
