Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement drying programs to minimize property damage and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with customers to devise settlement plans and resolve claims efficiently
  • Work closely with the operational lead to enhance knowledge and skills, driving optimal field surveying outcomes
  • Escalate high-complexity work to the Surveying Lead for review and consultation with other suppliers in the Hastings Home Claim supply chain
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and procedures for water damage restoration

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of flood/escape damage management, best practices, and principles
  • Evidence of experience in damage perils and restoration scenarios, with the ability to demonstrate tool usage
  • BDMA or equivalent technical qualification, with experience in investigating and managing domestic property claims
  • Excellent customer care skills and the ability to work effectively with policy holders and damage in properties
