Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of up to 10 households, ensuring the well-being and safety of children in placement.
- Deliver carer training and support, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct Form F assessments and participate in recruitment events, carer support forums, and children's activities.
- Collaborate with the Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, and other team members to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with foster carers, children, and other stakeholders.
- UK resident with a Social Work Diploma/Degree.
- Proven experience in fostering and supervising social work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A competitive salary of £40,000 FTE, with annual increases of 1-3%.
- PRP based on net growth, after a 6-month probation period.
- On-call rota with OOH pay of £150 per week.
- 28 days annual leave, plus birthday off and additional days for length of service.
- NEST pension scheme.
- Mileage reimbursement at 0.45p per mile.
- Good developmental and CPD training opportunities.
