About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant at St Pauls Care Centre in Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live happy and healthy lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with their daily activities, including personal care and medication management
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a high-quality care service
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
