About the RoleThis full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, covering 17 beds across Robin and Swan wards. You will be part of a cohesive team of medical professionals, including Medical Directors, Consultants, Specialty Doctors, Registered Medical Officers, and Aston University Medical Students.
The Priory's Lakeside View hospital provides an excellent working environment, set amidst an extensive nature reserve. Our state-of-the-art facilities include en-suite bedrooms, large living spaces, and a purpose-built therapy suite. To ensure seamless communication throughout the care pathway, you will participate in Ward Reviews and CPA meetings.

Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must possess a CCST/CCT or equivalent in psychiatry, along with GMC registration and membership of the special register for Psychiatry. Essential experience includes working in inpatient settings with individuals experiencing significant mental health difficulties. Desirable qualifications include Consultant-level experience within the NHS, with training and leadership skills.
