Key Responsibilities
  • Valid NMC registration is essential for this role.
  • Experience in a care home or similar setting is highly desirable.
  • Adept in using clinical equipment and administering medication.
  • Ability to document and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and their families.
  • Ability to work in and lead a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing resident needs.
Requirements
  • DBS clearance is required for this role.
  • PIN Number and National insurance number are also required.
  • Right to work in the UK is essential.
  • Previous experience in healthcare is essential.
  • Health and social care relevant trainings are highly desirable.
  • Manual Handling Practical training is also highly desirable.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a care home or similar setting.
