Electrical Control and Service Maintenance Specialist

We are I Need Staff Today Limited, a leading recruitment agency, and we seek a skilled electrical engineer for our client based in the Midlands.
This company is a renowned industry leader in high precision stamping presses and high-quality press shop equipment, therefore we aim to find someone who can utilize their expertise to bring a plus of quality to our client.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Electrical fault finding skills
- Competent at reading electrical drawings
- Strong IT skills (networking, fault finding)
- Understanding of mechanical systems
- Test and commissioning skills
- Understanding of IPCs
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- PLC programming (Beckhoff, Siemens & Allen Bradley)
- Design electrical circuits on CAD
- UKCA / CE knowledge
Soft Skills
- Can-do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to solve complex problems
The role involves working in-house, with occasional on-site servicing required. The successful candidate will be based in the Midlands and work a standard 40-hour week. Salary is £40,000 plus a company vehicle and other benefits. Overtime is expected on weekends, which will be fully expensed.
