We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Valeo Foods UK. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of FP&A in completing key group reporting, managing the production of insightful financial reporting, and providing analysis to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Manage the production of timely and accurate historical and future financial reporting for internal UKLT and Group MMR PowerPoint Board reporting, adhering to standardized requirements.
- Financial Analysis: Complete detailed financial bridge analysis on actual performance with narrative to provide clear understanding of key drivers of movements versus comparators.
- Group Reporting: Support the Head of FP&A in completing key group reporting, including international sales, intercompany sales, and continuous improvement project tracking.
- Reporting Submission: Submit group reporting in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with the Valeo Group FP&A team and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Weekly P&L View: Manage the completion of insightful weekly current month P&L view to EBITDA for all elements of the UK division.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Complete ad-hoc analysis as required.
- Qualifications: Professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA) with supporting professional experience.
- Skills: Strong forward planning approach, problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience: Demonstrable track record in a reporting and forward planning role, with excellent analytical skills and ability to present findings in a clear and impactful manner.
