Operational Resilience Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Resilience Lead to join our team at the Financial Conduct Authority. As a key member of our Incident Response and Engagement Team, you will play a critical role in advancing our agenda to develop a more resilient financial services industry.
About the RoleAs an Operational Resilience Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our incident engagement with other supervision teams within TRC and the wider FCA. You will also identify and drive up standards within the sector, lead and support the FCA's response to operational resilience incidents, and line manage members of the Incident Response and Engagement Team.

- Line manage members of the Incident Response and Engagement Team
- Support incident review process for operational resilience incidents
- Provide upward reporting and updates on major incidents to FCA Senior Leadership Team
- Lead and support coordination of major incidents between the UK Financial Authorities
