We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinisher to join our team at Steer Ayr. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing vehicle surfaces for painting, mixing paints to match exact vehicle colours, and applying them using spray guns and other specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking.
• Mix paints to match exact vehicle colours and apply them using spray guns and other specialized equipment.
• Ensure that all paint jobs meet the highest quality standards and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while delivering outstanding results.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Refinisher or in a similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive painting processes and materials.
• Proficiency in using paint mixing systems and spray guns.
• A keen eye for detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
