We are recruiting for a Health and Safety Manager to drive and maintain compliance and quality within all aspects of Health and Safety across the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.
The successful candidate will support the Health and Safety Director in formulating, developing, monitoring and implementing Health and Safety policies, systems, procedures and standards.
You will be responsible for hazard analysis and ensuring that all aspects of Health and Safety are maintained to the highest standards.
We require an experienced Health and Safety professional who is passionate about Health and Safety best practice and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement Health and Safety policies, systems, procedures and standards
- Conduct hazard analysis and risk assessments
- Develop and implement training programs for employees
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
Requirements:
- NEBOSH qualified
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Health and Safety Management function
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
