We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Forward Thinking Birmingham Mental Health Services team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work with young people aged 0-25 years old, providing mental health assessment and treatment in a unique, innovative community and inpatient partnership.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Mental Health work with adolescents or young adults, as well as experience of working with families with mental health difficulties. A strong background in leading or managing and supervising other staff within this area of work is also essential.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for holding a small clinical caseload of 6-8 young people, helping both young people and services around them. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our Personality Disorder Unit Panel to review young people's pathways in services and how we can help work towards increased independence and return to the community.
