About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at SPAR Bishop Auckland. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing our store and leading our team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Take on responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager
  • Ensure all store standards, including customer service, health & safety, and food hygiene, are maintained
  • Update and maintain store audits and administration procedures

Requirements

  • Be enthusiastic, committed, and self-motivated
  • Have experience of delegating tasks and motivating a team
  • Have a customer-focused manner, remaining helpful and friendly when dealing with any situation
  • Have a flexible approach to working hours
