We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team at The Chapel, a renowned restaurant in Bruton, Somerset. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work with local, seasonal produce and contribute to creating innovative dishes.
As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that showcase our commitment to using the freshest ingredients. We are looking for someone with a passion for creative fresh food and a proven track record in high-volume cooking or someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:- Prepare high-quality dishes to a very high standard
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve seamless service
- Contribute to menu planning and development, incorporating new ideas and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- A competitive salary up to £32,000 per annum, inclusive of service charge
- Flexible shift patterns, including 4 days on, 3 days off
