Job Title: Robotic Spot Welder

Location: West Midlands

Shift: Nights (Sunday-Wednesday 10pm-6am, Thursday 10pm-5am)

Pay: £11.75-£12.00/hour + 25% night shift allowance

Hours: 39 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Spot Welder Operator to join our dynamic team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating robotic spot welders and ancillary equipment to ensure high-quality production and meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate robotic spot welders and ancillary equipment to produce high-quality products.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Uphold 5S standards in the work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the production team leader.

  • Knowledge and experience in robotic spot welding and automation.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
