Role Overview

Polaris Community is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager for Children's Services to join our team.

This role involves direct support of foster parents, providing regular supervision and ensuring their compliance with regulatory standards. You will work in partnership with children, young people, and foster parents, as well as other professionals and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent and experience in children and families social work. A comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and the ability to provide high-quality report writing are essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, including a £3,000 car allowance. Our benefits package includes 30 days' annual leave (increasing to 35 days with length of service) + Bank Holidays, Company Pension, Life Assurance x2, Employee Discount Scheme & Medical Cash Plan.
