**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Fellow to join our team at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals. The successful candidate will have expertise in renal care and possess strong leadership skills.

The role involves clinical responsibility for the Renal Unit, including ward rounds and outpatient clinics. You will also participate in educational programs, develop standards and procedures, and work within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities:**

  • Clinical responsibility for the proper functioning of the Renal Unit.
  • Participate in under-graduate and post-graduate education programs.
  • Develop standards, procedures, and systems on the ward.
  • Work within the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective team working.

**Person Specification:**

  • Full Registration with the General Medical Council.
