Job Overview

We're seeking a dedicated Senior Customer Service Representative to act as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will assist with inquiries, complaints, and order processing while supporting our stock management and outbound lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing expert guidance on our product range and aesthetic care solutions.
  • Manage complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions for all clients.
  • Assist with order processing, stock management, and ensuring timely delivery of products to medical professionals and clinics.
  • Use Hubspot, Wix, and Shopify to manage customer interactions, monitor inquiries, and process transactions.
  • Engage in outbound lead generation, fostering relationships with potential new clients in the medical aesthetics field.
  • Uphold Amedica's values of professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address stock, order, and product-related inquiries.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Amedica's product offerings and industry developments to provide superior customer service.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in the healthcare, aesthetic care, or medical device industry.
  • Proficiency in managing customer service interactions on the Hubspot, Wix, and Shopify platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical product information to a diverse client base.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and tasks effectively.
  • Empathy and a customer-centric approach, ensuring each interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
  • Experience with lead generation or outbound calls is a plus.
