Laser Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Laser Systems Specialist to provide top-notch engineering support to our global customers. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical services, including fault diagnosis, maintenance, repair, training, and installation.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose faults, including optic/laser alignment, result monitoring, and analysis.
- Set up lasers using optical techniques and calibrate them using electronic control.
- Improve laser build documentation and ensure accuracy.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for customers and distributors.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to identify and develop sales opportunities.
- Support other team members as needed and contribute to business process improvements.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, physics) or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of providing high-quality technical services and support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with laser technology and related systems.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
